PAFCA-DAL represents almost 600 FAA Certificated Aircraft Dispatchers at Delta Air Lines. This professional group of individuals are made up of former ACS employees, Airplane Mechanics, Air Traffic Controllers, Military Veterans, and many more industry professionals.
PAFCA-DAL Dispatchers release on average 4-5 thousand daily flights throughout North America, Europe, Latin America, South America, Asia, Africa, and Australia.
We strive to provide the best product across the entire industry. We take great pride in our responsiblities and our airline.
Jessica Pryer's Upcoming Trial
As some of you are aware, Jessica Pryer, tragically lost her life on June 17, 2023. Jessica was a cherished member of our Flight Control and PAFCA family, and more than three years later, her absence continues to be deeply felt by those who had the privilege of knowing and working alongside her.

Jury selection is tentatively scheduled to begin October 12, 2026, at the DeKalb County Courthouse, 556 North McDonough Street, Decatur, GA.

Jessica’s family has asked that any of her colleagues who are available please consider attending the trial in support of Jessica and her family.

The love and support this group has shown the Pryer family over the past three years has meant more to them than we can adequately express. When Jessica’s family visited Flight Control, so many of you were there to surround them with support and many of you have continued to stay in touch with her family.
​
We do want everyone to be aware that, should the case proceed to trial rather than be resolved through a plea agreement, some of the testimony and evidence presented may be extremely difficult. We completely understand that attending those portions of the trial may not be something everyone is comfortable doing. However, for those who would still like to show their support, Jessica’s family has specifically asked that we fill the courtroom during the sentencing proceedings. This will be an opportunity for us to stand together and demonstrate just how profound an impact Jessica’s life—and her loss—has had on her friends, our Flight Control family, and our profession as well as showing her family just how much she meant to us.

If you are able to attend, we encourage you to wear PAFCA apparel and/or Delta-branded attire as a visible show of solidarity and support.

Jessica was so much more than our colleague. She was our friend and a very special part of our PAFCA and Delta Family. We hope that, as this difficult chapter moves forward, we can once again surround the Pryer family with the same love and support that our membership has shown them from the beginning.
